Stay aligned
with the Process-oriented paradigm
Working with clients every day can be exhausting.
And while you’re trained in the foundations of Processwork and you know how to let your client lead, and have your work bring you fulfilment and joy…
We all need connection, modelling, extra support with our edges, and/or supervision to continue growing in this model.
Imagine…
A supportive community of Processwork professionals, getting together regularly on Zoom and in real life…
We know the struggle to stay aligned with the paradigm shift embedded in a process-oriented approach when all around us are systems and mindsets that operate causally.
We also know the amazing feeling that we get when we see real development happening for our clients.
These regular meetings will support you to stay connected to your Processmind, sharpen your skills as we practice together, expand your pattern awareness, and address any challenges with clients.
Join us as we deepen our understanding of Processwork, become even more confident in our work, and stay connected to this community of practice.

Zoom calls take place on the 1st Monday of each month (except in January, where we move to the 2nd Monday).
We meet from 5.30 - 7.30 pm Brisbane time on Zoom, and the replay for each call will be made available within 48 hours after the meeting.
-
Once a month (usually on the first Monday of every month), we meet on Zoom. We tailor each call to the needs of the group, which can include:
Group supervision calls to practice your skills with fellow professionals, in a safe and confidential environment
Additional training and demonstrations in specific areas of Processwork
Q&A and supervision with me, Dr. Susan Hatch
Guest experts coming in to enlighten us on other viewpoints and approaches

We are building our online resource library as we go. After each live call or real-life training & supervision day, you will find a number of new resources, exercises, recordings, and more.
You also get direct access to Susan and to each other - a growing, supportive community of professionals who use a Process-oriented approach in their work.
Last but not least, you get insider access and member-only perks for other training programs, courses, and live events I may be running now or in the future.
-
No worries, you don’t have to wait a full month for the next meeting; within 48 hours after each call, you get access to the recording.
While we recommend joining live so you can ask questions and share insights, you don’t need to miss out if you can’t be there in person.

While I have been running the “Advanced Training & Supervision Group” for several years at the Gold Coast, this is the first year I’m also offering an online version.
That is why I’m temporarily offering it at a lower price; it will go up considerably after we’ve built the foundations and once we can see real and tangible results happening in our members’ lives and businesses.
When that happens, we’ll be counting on you to spread the word!

The 5 training days are intended for learning, practicing, and further developing your Processwork skills.
Your participation in the events in the group are completely voluntary and sometimes simply observing will be right for you.
We mix theoretical training with working in pairs or triads, and guided inner work.
In the afternoons, we alternate between working with each other as “clients” in the middle of the group and receiving direct personal supervision, and working with Susan on a case that you are involved with.
The five Saturdays are spread throughout the year, so you have ample time to implement new approaches and insights in between the trainings.
They also work seamlessly with the monthly Zoom calls, where you can ask follow-up questions or present any issues that come up in between the live Training & Supervision days.
